Okay, I think I found a new favorite tool to use. This is one that www.whateveryouwantonline.com was born for: Hulu.com …has brought over 100 content providers together and serves up quality movies, shows, and online video. The self pronounced mission, “…to help people find and enjoy the world’s premium video content when, where and how they want it”, is accomplished through free, and legal advertising supported business models, which are brought to you in a smooth and user friendly formatted interface.
Hulu also offers the freedom to share your preferred online content through social bookmarks and personal blogs. The convienient widgets make it a breeze to add hulu to your wordpress blog, and soon you can add it to your facebook profile as well. I’ll be looking for that widget when it comes out of beta. Stay tuned to both www.whateveryouwantonline.com, and www.ibuyitunesyoutubeyahoomyspaceisfacebookgooglemelive.com for a one click, front row seat to the theater or your favorite prime time tv show.
Great find for 2009!
Thanks for visiting, and tell your friends to stop by too.

Lately I have been researching the online marketing available to best sell real estate on the web. I have gotten extensive training from several well respected internet marketers. I have also been exposed to some very advanced techniques from those who have consulted the top performing companies.
What I have found along the way, is a number of very useful tools to get the media side of the marketing accomplished. Recently, I was introduced to an even more powerful tool, which incorporates the presentation the listing and the exposure all together. RealBird.com has done a fantastic job of duplicating the solution for exposure of your listing as well as the exposure of your online presence all at the same time.
RealBird.com attempts to maximize your SEO, while actively sending your listing to be submitted at a number of web sites. This in turn gives your listing much more exposure and likelihood of selling. I have included a listing of my own lower on the page in order for you to see it in action.
If you are savvy on the Internet and have the time, you can really tweak the performance and maximize the effect. If you are interested in listing your property FSBO or even FSBRealtor, let me know, and I’ll share some inside tips.
Thanks,

Hello All!
I seem to have been spending some time on the Internet, just not on my sites.
I have been utilizing youtube for a ton of video content. Great resource! How interesting is it that, these ideas for web resources become verbs in our speech? Do you youtube?
The availability of content is overwhelming sometimes, isn’t it? I went a few days with no music. I know… how could I? It was not fun, let me tell you. I did however manage to get some relief from a digital TV station with all live content. The name is Palladia, and I think the broadcast of crisp clear live concert footage was enjoyable on the 50 inch Toshiba Plasma. Which is for sale, I might add. I am going to be lightening the load for the upcoming move. I figure why carry when I can always replace later.
In addition, this is allowing me to filter down exactly what is important to hold on to. Not everything I have accumulated even gets use sometimes. I figure that if I have not used it in 9 months, then its time to get rid of it. Quickly too. So watch out for some good deals on lots of stuff!
Thanks for visiting,

Hey Gang!
Ya Know, I use this resource so much, that I thought I would share it with those who haven’t been exposed yet. I was talking to a colleague recently, and I was caught by surprise when they had not heard of the online classifieds offered by Kijiji. I forgot that not everyone has been exposed to yet another on line phenomenon.
I understand if I facebook too long, or youtube instead of read, but I dont know if I am comfortable kijiji-ing something. I know i could try to eBay it, I know this for certain. What exactly happened here? Remove the online auction and marketplace, and just leave the eBay. That’s what it felt like when I was first introduced to eBay. I never would have imagined, at that time, that I would use what appeared to be such an awkward word and describe the action of getting the best value for some old thing in my closet, by selling it to someone in another country.
Is that is what is going to happen with Kijiji? Will I be Kijiji-ing things? Am I already? Huh, there’s a thought.
I found that most all of the feedback which I have gotten from users and those whom I have just introduced the site to are very happy with it overall, as am I.
You can get these real cool badges! Like I did here:

And Even more, like the skyscraper ad that refreshes a current list of your sale items, each time the page is loaded. This ad can be dropped into anything, like this blog. Yeah,
Well I lost my Sirius Receiver this week. It’s Portable and I left it in a friends truck. This has allowed me to make due with the recorded music which i have in my library. Shortly after this resort, i lost my digital library’s use, when updating my PC turned into a major overhaul. Days with only the CDs and the Digital stations on the HD Cable. Ah ha!, I just realized that I also have the ability to log into the satellite live radio website and use my subscription virtually. Yes! Well, it all doesn’t seem that bad now that i have another selection of music to choose from.
At least I was able to steer clear of the adult YouTube selections when finding helpful videos for tweaking my registry during the overhaul. I noticed that yahoo messenger, or was it MSN messenger, kept on eating up usage in the backround. I dont even know if it is that critical to allow to runaround unchecked. I didn’t think so, so that process was ended. Google search came in very handy in my web browser’s upper corner, for finding the latest CNET downloads to clean the registry.
A particularly helpful task manager replacement is Process Explorer v11.20 by Mark Russinovich, and www.sysinternals.com. Since I always use task manager to monitor the health of the PCs I use, this was a long overdue upgrade and replacement. I am finding the comprehesive data provided to be very reassuring. I have yet to explore all of the features in their full use, however I particularly like the process tree view and the individual view windows which can be opened for each process. Yes, its like they each have their own little task manager window. Pretty handy.
Until next time …

OK, Having lost a few days … I’m Back! How is it sometimes our motivation fluctuates from something that we are passionate about to some other thing that we are passionate about as well. It’s easy to lose sight of the priority of some things this way. What gets you fired up? What allows you to keep your momentum going? DO you have a song that pumps you up?
Whether you are logging in to check on your Yahoo mail, or finding directions on Google maps, or campaigning to view private facebook photos, it is easy to get sidetracked from what it is you set out to do originally on the Internet. Maybe you catch a turn answering your MySpace comments, or just seeing the best buy of the week at www.whateveryouwantonline.com What fires you up to remain on course? I think one solid answer for me, is cranking my music and getting to business. I am getting a ton of truly nice selections of offers and coupons for things that most of us regularly look for or stumble upon while working or just playing on the Internet. And while motivated by music, it is not a time where I am particular to care where it was coming from. I just get a boost, feeling good and listening to music.

OK, so I am almost setup with my affiliate accounts and then in stead of going to Google for Free iTunes codes for your MySpace layouts; I will be able to offer discounts and additional free items, along with your free iTunes from simply going through my affiliate links!
I even am going to offer a really cool tool for making your own videos, whether you want to have a video launch right after your MySpace login, or just use them for fun in other ways. This is really exciting for me and there is even a nice business use too!
Think about when you are selling, maybe… a house, for instance. I am sure you have seen virtual tour videos for homes being marketed. Well, you could very well use this tool to create a presentation just like that for any item you are marketing or trying to get interest generated in.
I am confident that this will go over really well for both business and pleasure. I am going to generate a few videos of my own and get them launched fairly soon. I have a few ideas already. I may even use an investment property, which I am familiar with, that is kick butt. It will surely be a good prospect for a trial run with the video creator for the business application angle.
WISH ME LUCK…

I guess you can get your media in a lot of places. More than just YouTube and Facebook can get your videos posted online. YouTube videos are almost like a library of whatever you would want to find on the Internet, but in video format. YouTube is a video sharing website where users can upload, view and share video clips. Unregistered users can watch most videos on the site, while registered users are permitted to upload an unlimited number of videos. As of April 9, 2008, a YouTube search returns about 83.4 million videos and 3.75 million user channels. Before the launch of YouTube in 2005, there were few simple methods available for ordinary computer users who wanted to post videos online. YouTube has made it possible for most anyone to upload a video on line and almost instantly have the world able to view it. Sites like YouTube offer more than just music and music videos. From the self expression of the average online user to political candidates for the 2008 U.S. Presidential election, YouTube has been used as an source for individuals and their cameras to reach out to the world.
Facebook is a social utility that connects the world through networks of personal profiles. While they had their ups and downs, they are still reigning champs of the social scene over Myspace and several others. Facebook status is still premier, regardless of those who are selling stock off. Facebook used personal information of its user once without permission and claimed that they should have allowed an opt in feature rather than an opt out. You can still get music there, and there are a few applications that notify you when your favorite band is coming to town or does anything no their profile, if you have notifications setup to alert you. Nice feature. Not just your music, but the performer, comes right to you. Theres an interesting way to get your tunes.

Man I love waking up to good music! Now, I know it’s not the same satisfaction that you can get by hunting down a song and nailing a download. Downloading from iTunes, Yahoo Music, or even Google, and utilizing MySpace or Facebook to locate the band, and even searching YouTube for a video, may be satisfying in that you capture what is in your mind and what you are seeking. But I think that not even having an intention of finding the song and having it delivered right to you is a pleasant surprise, much more satisfying and uplifting, maybe because you don’t expect it at that time.
I am steered toward a concept that I use in business…
What if you could get the satisfaction both ways? Actively desiring and then being surprised when you receive something, is a concept behind the Mission for the ©S.I.M.P.L.E. Solutions. Let me explain how exactly it works. One area of the firm takes an inventory of clients, or participants if you will, and their wants and needs. This is accomplished initially by participants answering two ©S.I.M.P.L.E. questions. The first is, “What do you really, really, really want, that you don’t have?”, and the second is, “What do you have, that you really, really, really, don’t want?”.
And as a ©S.I.M.P.L.E. Solutions Specialist, I make the creative connections to accomplish and respond to satisfaction of both of the participants’ answers. Can this same concept work for music? Maybe an engine that you put your song into, and an alert when it is on live or available for download, would be the same. I know my Sirius satellite receiver already alerts me when my songs are on any station and then allows me to select between continuing to enjoy the current station, or to switch over to my alerted selection. Hmmmm.
Until Next Time,

Today was very productive…
And I am still paying good attention to my variety of available music. I am taking notice in the value of music in my day a little bit more cause this kind of feels like a research project. I am actually appreciating more because of it. So there is a value added to the fact that I have the diversity of available media to keep up with the pace of the technology every day that pushes us to be faster and faster.
like I said very busy…
Thank you ALL for a Wonderful Day!
