Okay, I think I found a new favorite tool to use. This is one that www.whateveryouwantonline.com was born for:  Hulu.com …has brought over 100 content providers together and serves up quality movies, shows, and online video. The self pronounced mission, “…to help people find and enjoy the world’s premium video content when, where and how they want it”, is accomplished through free, and legal advertising supported business models, which are brought to you in a smooth and user friendly formatted interface.

Hulu also offers the freedom to share your preferred online content through social bookmarks and personal blogs. The convienient widgets make it a breeze to add hulu to your wordpress blog, and soon you can add it to your facebook profile as well. I’ll be looking for that widget when it comes out of beta. Stay tuned to both www.whateveryouwantonline.com, and www.ibuyitunesyoutubeyahoomyspaceisfacebookgooglemelive.com for a one click, front row seat to the theater or your favorite prime time tv show.

Great find for 2009!

Thanks for visiting, and tell your friends to stop by too.

Curious about itunes, youtube, yahoo, myspace, facebook, or google?

Hello All!
I seem to have been spending some time on the Internet, just not on my sites.
I have been utilizing youtube for a ton of video content. Great resource! How interesting is it that, these ideas for web resources become verbs in our speech? Do you youtube?
The availability of content is overwhelming sometimes, isn’t it? I went a few days with no music. I know… how could I? It was not fun, let me tell you. I did however manage to get some relief from a digital TV station with all live content. The name is Palladia, and I think the broadcast of crisp clear live concert footage was enjoyable on the 50 inch Toshiba Plasma. Which is for sale, I might add. I am going to be lightening the load for the upcoming move. I figure why carry when I can always replace later.
In addition, this is allowing me to filter down exactly what is important to hold on to. Not everything I have accumulated even gets use sometimes. I figure that if I have not used it in 9 months, then its time to get rid of it. Quickly too. So watch out for some good deals on lots of stuff!

Thanks for visiting,

Let’s Explore Sources like YouTube and FaceBook…

I guess you can get your media in a lot of places. More than just YouTube and Facebook can get your videos posted online. YouTube videos are almost like a library of whatever you would want to find on the Internet, but in video format. YouTube is a video sharing website where users can upload, view and share video clips. Unregistered users can watch most videos on the site, while registered users are permitted to upload an unlimited number of videos. As of April 9, 2008, a YouTube search returns about 83.4 million videos and 3.75 million user channels. Before the launch of YouTube in 2005, there were few simple methods available for ordinary computer users who wanted to post videos online. YouTube has made it possible for most anyone to upload a video on line and almost instantly have the world able to view it. Sites like YouTube offer more than just music and music videos. From the self expression of the average online user to political candidates for the 2008 U.S. Presidential election, YouTube has been used as an source for individuals and their cameras to reach out to the world.

Facebook is a social utility that connects the world through networks of personal profiles. While they had their ups and downs, they are still reigning champs of the social scene over Myspace and several others. Facebook status is still premier, regardless of those who are selling stock off. Facebook used personal information of its user once without permission and claimed that they should have allowed an opt in feature rather than an opt out. You can still get music there, and there are a few applications that notify you when your favorite band is coming to town or does anything no their profile, if you have notifications setup to alert you. Nice feature. Not just your music, but the performer, comes right to you. Theres an interesting way to get your tunes.

It’s a great day when your alarm clock wakes you with a favorite tune. Yahoo!

Wednesday, August 20th, 2008

Man I love waking up to good music! Now, I know it’s not the same satisfaction that you can get by hunting down a song and nailing a download. Downloading from iTunes, Yahoo Music, or even Google, and utilizing MySpace or Facebook to locate the band, and even searching YouTube for a video, may be satisfying in that you capture what is in your mind and what you are seeking. But I think that not even having an intention of finding the song and having it delivered right to you is a pleasant surprise, much more satisfying and uplifting, maybe because you don’t expect it at that time.

I am steered toward a concept that I use in business…

What if you could get the satisfaction both ways? Actively desiring and then being surprised when you receive something, is a concept behind the Mission for the ©S.I.M.P.L.E. Solutions. Let me explain how exactly it works. One area of the firm takes an inventory of clients, or participants if you will, and their wants and needs. This is accomplished initially by participants answering two ©S.I.M.P.L.E. questions. The first is, “What do you really, really, really want, that you don’t have?”, and the second is, “What do you have, that you really, really, really, don’t want?”.

And as a ©S.I.M.P.L.E. Solutions Specialist, I make the creative connections to accomplish and respond to satisfaction of both of the participants’ answers. Can this same concept work for music? Maybe an engine that you put your song into, and an alert when it is on live or available for download, would be the same. I know my Sirius satellite receiver already alerts me when my songs are on any station and then allows me to select between continuing to enjoy the current station, or to switch over to my alerted selection. Hmmmm.

Until Next Time,
